I’m 16 years old and I am a member if the Berlin VFD. I joined the department because I love helping people.

I am 13 years old and in the 8^th grade. I like being on the fire department because almost all of my family is involved. I was raised in Berlin and at the fire department. I am also doing this in the memory of two members we lost.

My name is James and I play 7^th grade football. I grew up in the fire department. I like to help people and make a safer community.

I am 15 years old. I enjoy doing this because it is a family tradition, I love being a member of the department and I get to help my community.

I am 14 years old and I joined the department because my dad was a firefighter. The fire department is like a family to me. I am learning a lot and having fun while doing it.
